Opinion-8 can be provided either as a hosted service or as an in-house solution. Which of these options is best for you will depend on your requirements. Whatever your choice, delivery and implementation of Opinion-8 is quick and simple.  to discuss your requirements.

Hosted service

For the hosted service, charges are on a per call basis, plus an installation fee and a small monthly rental charge.  

In-house solution

Where Opinion-8 is sold as equipment supplied to your premises, a one-off fee is charged for the system.

Additional Services

  • Training and Consultancy:  We offer training and consultancy on survey design, survey set-up and management information reporting.
  • Comment transcription service:  If desired, recordings of customer comments can be categorised and transcribed according to your criteria. 
  • Survey Design service:  Let us help you make the most of Opinion-8 by assisting with defining survey objectives, identifying questions and drafting survey scripts.
