Opinion-8 IVR online survey reporting and data analysis
All survey data are instantly compiled and available to view on-line on a secure website accessible with a unique user name and password. On logging on to the website, you are presented with a drop-down list of standard reports to choose from, with graphic visual analysis of results as well as drill-down to individual survey responses and comments. Your raw data can also be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet or csv file for further analysis. The screenshots below show some examples of reports that can be made on Opinion-8 survey data.
