There is growing demand for cost-effective ways of gaining meaningful feedback from customers in health settings, both private and public. The Government White Paper, Trust, Assurance and Safety, recommends that Multi-source feedback becomes a mandatory part of the appraisal process. Since its publication in February, many agencies have been looking for economical and effective ways of providing this.

Those with visual impairments, anyone with writing difficulties, and those without internet access are all included: all they need to do is pick up a phone at any time, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
